How to - Placement of the steamer and technic
(Placement of steamer on the table)
-Imagine a cake that has been cut in 4.
- With your steamer always try to be in the front of the cake.
-Either on the left or the right cake slice.
(Moving to the placement on the espresso machine)
- Use the first setting on the steamer to flush out the water.
-Move the steamer all the way into the end towards you and make it be facing towards the espresso machine. Not with an angle on the side.
-Place the pitcher towards the same direction, facing towards the espresso machine.
- It needs to be flat as if it is standing on a table
-Take the steamer down so you can sink it in the surface of the milk. Avoid being too dip with the steamer or too much in the surface. Sink the steamer just so that the tip is inside, a few centimetres.
-Tilt the pitcher to the side of either the left or right but keep the same direction of the pitcher.
-Open the steamer
